British V8 Photo Gallery
This part of our website features photographic articles on various performance modifications of British Sports Cars. A foundation was laid for this project by Dan Masters, who collected and sorted photos make, model, and then car owner (in alphabetical order by surname). We continue using this logical structure. Here are links to the main categories:- MG sports cars,
- Triumph sports cars,
- Austin-Healey sports cars,
- Sunbeam sports cars, and
- "Other British Cars".
PHOTO ARTICLES
We're now working to add a series of articles that will facilitate side-by-side comparison of alternatives parts, designs, and techniques. For example, we will have a gallery of seats (so you can compare Pontiac Fiero seats versus Mazda Miata seats as installed in MGBs), a gallery of cooling-fan installations, a gallery of coil-over front suspensions, a gallery of exhaust headers. Sound interesting? For this to work out, we need you to send us your photos! We need as many as we can get, and we'll happily accept whatever you have. If possible, please include enough verbal information to help us caption and categorize them. Obviously, the higher the resolution the better, but we can work with all digital file types (e.g. "jpg" or "tif") and all conventional media (e.g. prints, slides, or negatives.) Images should be sent to Curtis Jacobson at webmaster@britishv8.org.Top 10 Reasons to Bastardize a Perfectly Good Car by Dan Masters
