Found - WTB - converted MGB

I'm looking to purchase a MGB with either a v8 or v6 conversion.  If anyone is interested in selling, please send me a PM. Here are my must haves/would likes in regard to the car's spec:
Must haves:
No rust
5 speed manual transmission
Interior/exterior/top in very good condition

Would like:
Closer to Colorado is better
Color: Green/Black/Red
Conversion professionally done
Roll bar
Look close to stock - inside/out (with listed exceptions)
Miata/Fiero seats
Coil-over suspension - front & rear
Rear disc brakes
Sound deadening/heat shielding
Rubber to chrome bumper conversion - if applicable

Sorry for the slow reply.  After closing down the search, I didn't think to look at this post for any replies.  I'm very happy with the car, though it is going to take some getting used to.  My first carbureted car and am not used to the quirks.  It's 75% of what I was looking for and that gives me a manageable amount of work to do to get it where I'd like it.  It's a 1977 with a rover v8 and 5 speed borg Warner.  Has the chrome bumper conversion.  The interior and exterior will need some work but It is solid mechanically.  Thanks for asking about it.  Here's a picture, sorry it's sideways:
