Rover 4.0 Engine for sale, 63K miles, VERY clean inside

I have a 4.0 Rover v8 that I removed from a rolled over Rover that had 63K miles on it. This engine is very clean inside, compression tested good. I had purchase this engine for my Lotus Super 7 build but have decided to go a different route. Engine will come as a long block assembly ( no intake)

I really want to  buy only a 4 bolt main, 4.0 Rover engine short block - i.e., -  intact block without the cylinder heads, intake manifold, fuel injection, valve covers, etc. - just the bottom end.

I only need the 4.0 block, with the crankshaft, rods,  and pistons intact.  Only  the short block  -  on a pallet,  should be a much easier package to ship. (I can't use the oil pan, but it would be best to leave it on the block to facilitate shipping on a pallet.

I can only offer you only $200.00 for the short block ..... plus the cost of shipping to Kansas City.

Please consider my modest offer... and there us no hurry for either your decision to sell or not to sell me the short block only.
