Spotted this at the British Car Gathering in Townsend today. As I understand it, the engine is an early 70s Toyota Celica twin cam engine that was not available in the US. The owner says it "goes like stink."

Anyone here know anything about that engine?

I think it's a 2T-G 1.6 liter, 110-125 hp, DOHC from 1970-1983, this is the base unit used in Toyota's World Rally Champ cars.
