Event Terms & Conditions

By registering for the annual event organized by the British American Deviant Automotive Sportscar Society (B.A.D.A.S.S.), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details remain current.

2. Payments

All payments are processed through PayPal. B.A.D.A.S.S. does not store PCI‑sensitive payment information. You are subject to PayPal’s terms and fees.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available until May 31, 2026 and will be issued for the full registration amount minus PayPal processing fees. After this date, refunds may not be available. Registrations may be transferred with prior approval.

4. Event Changes

We may alter the event schedule, venue, or activities due to weather, safety considerations, or operational needs. Significant changes will be communicated when possible.

5. Conduct & Safety

Participants must behave responsibly and adhere to safety guidelines. We may remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates event policies.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in automotive events carries inherent risks. By attending, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the event.

7. Liability

B.A.D.A.S.S., its officers, volunteers, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage except where prohibited by Kentucky law.

8. Vehicle & Property Responsibility

You are responsible for your vehicle and personal belongings throughout the event.

9. Photo & Video Release

By attending, you grant B.A.D.A.S.S. permission to photograph and record you and your vehicle, and to use these materials for club publications, websites, and social media. Notify us at check-in if you wish to opt out; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

10. Publication of Attendee Information

We may publish your name and city/state/country in event materials or on our website. You may opt out before publication by contacting us.

11. Communications

By registering, you consent to receiving event-related updates via email and phone (if provided).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
