Anyone know of a upper rad hose that can be used with the Rover 14CUX FI manifold? Tried to match one up at the parts store but difficult to find one. Rather get something local rather than UK MG RV8 ones.

Chris,

Not an option for me as I also need to have a filler  outlet.

Radiator installations vary.

It probably won't help you... but I modified a 14CUX manifold so it would accept a Buick 215 water neck. Now, I can simply continue using a Dayco 70635 molded hose (as used on 1970-1979 Camaro and Monte Carlo) just as I formerly used with a Buick 215 4bbl manifold. This photo shows how the Rover manifold was welded-up, filed, drilled, etc. - Notice however that my radiator's upper port is probably a bit further outboard than most.

Buick 215 w/ Rover heads, custom EFI & crank-fired ignition.
Custom front and rear coilover suspensions.

Guess I should have stated rad inlet on LHS with thermostate outlet facing that direction.

Finally found a link showing a Dayco number tha cross references to a 96-98 Explorer. Not a exact match to the MG RV8 but looks close enough for me as I will have a filler Pipe added to the hose.

Curtis, I have two intake manifolds and one has an additional outlet  on the RHS front to use for the heater inlet, no modifications needed.
I see you have gone MS 3 Pro. Did you consider the MicroSquirt? I think it will do all I need, anything I am missing regarding that? Will its 5A injector output limit me with stock Rover injectors?

Thanks,
Mike
