Barrie Robinson e-mailed this in tonight:
QuoteIt with a deep sadness that I have to inform readers of the death of Kevin Pesant of Wainfleet, Ontario, on the 20th August.  He had a short battle with pancreatic cancer.  He was with his son, Dan, and close friend Rita Carlson.  At 62 he was hardlly into middle age a fact bourne out by his infectious humour and love of life.  His 1979 MGB Rover V8 chariot is now in the hands of Dan.  Personally he was a close friend although we met infrequently at car shows, including the British V8 week-ends, but I know he is still out there.  It is just that he will not be at the next meet.

Kevin just turned 62 on July 29th.  He resided in Wainfleet, having a waterfront home on the north shore of Lake Erie. His MGB was a 1979 with a Rover 3.5 ( does that sound right? )  He gave the car to his son a few weeks before his death

Let's just imagine that Kevin is out on the open road, wind in his hair, the radio on.
