My V8 Spitfire at Stafford

I took my V8 Spitfire to the Triumph Sports Six International Weekend recently. I managed to secure a place on the club stand as the theme for this years show was modified Triumphs.
Mine was the only V8 Spitfire. Other modified Spits present were powered by, a Renault 5 Turbo, Ford Pinto 2L, Ford Zetec, and several 2L and 2.5L straight sixes.

A really good weekend!

1971 MGB GT V8
Buick 215 w/ Rover heads, custom EFI & crank-fired ignition.
Custom front and rear coilover suspensions.
