I think I killed my engine.

What do you guys think is wrong?

1) Rod bearing failure
2) Something fell into a combustion chamber through he intake manifold when it was being changed.
3) Other and less expensive than either 1 or 2 above

That's really hard to diagnose over the net - but it sounds more like top end rather than bottom end noise.

The sound is rather pronounced at the plenum. Thinking valve

Sounds like a broken rocker arm or valve spring.  I'd start by looking under the valve covers.

I did, all ok under the covers

It does not sound internal, You can hear it swapping sides as in a pulley is loose, pull the plugs and turn it over by hand with a breaker bar or any other means to pinpoint the noise.
What was the last thing done to it that may have backed off or failed?

You mention engine has been changed... check your ignition. Wrong distributor set up can produce similar noise.

In the video there are two very small white dots near the bottom of the screen - a little down left from the u shaped tube. Those little dots are blinking at the same rate as the noise. What are those dots? Might just be light reflections but I'm curious.

That sounds a lot like something in a cylinder. Pull your plugs and check for damage. I suspect that this happened suddenly?

Yes, suddenly

So most likely a foriegn object in one of the cylinders.
Pull out the spark plugs and have a look at them.
You will probably see one that is beat up pretty good.
Have a look through that plug hole and rotate the engine by hand.
You should be able to spot the offender.
If you're very lucky, Have lived an honest life and been kind to small animals you might be able to remove the offending part through the plug hole.
But who are we kidding.
Get ready to pull the head and see how bad it is.
