Talked with the owner of this car and told him about BV8.org. Maybe he will submit a "How it was done". Has a Toyota 22r engine that has been worked over pretty well, with a NOS bottle in the trunk. I'm sure this car can move!

Are those white and green bugeyes both in Norcal? Can't say I approve of the style of either (I prefer period looking mods) but both look very slickly done. I'd love to see detail photos of both!

I like the white and blue one , Ford  Zetec engine in there I see !
The green ones a little weird for my taste.

Suicide doors? Now surely that qualifies as a "period mod", doesn't it?

Need more photos...

The only thing I see to criticize in these photos is that the dark green car should have some sort of rollbar padding or headrests. I bet it has enough grunt to toss a guy's head around! You wouldn't want to give your passenger a concussion by simply pulling away from a stop sign.

It looks to me like all three cars would fit in nicely around here.
1971 MGB GT V8
Buick 215 w/ Rover heads, custom EFI & crank-fired ignition.
Custom front and rear coilover suspensions.
