I will try again to post pictures of my 67 Series V Alpine. DID NOT WORK. I have the body on its side for underneath work with it on a TILT made of wood. It works. Removing rust, undercoating, filling holes, routing exhaust, brake lines, fuel lines, and doing general underside cleanup. Tried e-mailing my pix to me to get them below 600KB but no luck.

The trunk (boot) has a 3" recess to accommodate my 16 gallon fuel cell, the body pix shows I am taking it to bare metal, and the 2.3 Ford was in the middle of my rebuild. I sent several more pictures but they may not have gone through. I'll try later. THANKS mgb260

mgb260, THANKS for posting my pictures, and my wife and I got our shots also. The 32 Ford picture is to show what my car history was about. For 50 years Street Rods were my passion...though I bought 2 SV Alpines 35 years ago to build in retirement. Always loved sportscars but had a passion for Hot Rods as a drag racer. The gas tank will be attached to the factory filler, will cut and brace the passenger side X for exhaust pass-thru, the brake lines will be next to the fuel line and above the frame rails for protection if it bottoms out. Front cross member was removed and all pieces rebuilt (brakes, bearings, bushings, shocks, and painted gray). The more I work on this little British car the more respect I have for the design.
