Does anyone know where to find the chrome bumper pieces that dan masters used on his car to replace his bumpers? I want to purchase the sebring kit from preform resources, but still want to classic car flare.  The bumper less look seems a tad unfinished for me.

Home Depot or your local metal supplier and eBay.

Seriously.  They are bent pipe with large bearings welded on the ends and a piece of plate welded to that to make the mounting flanges.  That's what Ted (builder of Dan's car) told me, so that's what I did.  I used some natural gas black pipe, packed with sand and then bent on a bottle jack type pipe bender to bend the angle.  Packing with sand helps keep it from kinking at the bend.  The first time I tried it, they flattened out on top because there was some slop between the bender die and the black pipe OD.  I used some sheet metal between the pipe and die to take up that space and that solved the problem.  Then dumped out the sand, cut them to length, and welded the bearings on (sourced for about $1 each on eBay).  Then welded the mounting plates on, drilled/tapped mounting holes, and had them chrome plated.

I don't have my PC with me, but here's a side view pic from my phone that may help visualize...
