have a WC GM V8 T5 for sale. This gearbox is in excellent condition. Shifts fine and turns over smoothly. Includes shifter. Can pack and ship or local pickup in SE Michigan. $950.00. Also have a Transadapt Bellhousing for the Buick Rover engines. This will work with the GM T5 gearbox. Very good condition and it is stronger than the original Buick 215 or D&D belllhousing. $375.00

The only steel ones that I have seen are like the Lakewood Safety scatterproof/blowproof bellhousings. I have one in my Camaro.

Not aware of one for the Buick/Rover V8.

Had a TransAdapt bellhousing on my Olds 215 - definitely aluminum.

This has been sold. But I feel the best bellhousing for the Buick 215/Rover engines is one by a company called V8 Tuner of the UK.
You can find them online. I did make up a bellhousing that mated the Ford Tremec T5 to the Rover engines, but after all that work found theirs. It is cheaper than the D&D bellhousing and is much strong being a "full" bellhousing.

As I understand this, D and D bought Trans-Dapt. tooling/pattern ? I used the same BH for my castings, as-in 215/RV8 and possibly front/rear drive Buick V6's, to AW 3040 and AW4 auto w. OD., pre computer control . Art.
