GM 7.5 rear disc brakes

Recently received my narrowed 7.5 for my B Roadster it currently has rear factory disc brakes of the 98-05 Chevy extreme pickup, My question is what will it take to take my MGB brake lines connected to GM brakes ? Being MGB uses different flared lines fittings and Chevy GM uses another type flared lines is there some type of  adapter fitting to connect the two different lines British to American ?

You've shortened an axle so it's probably easier to fabricate and route 2 new brake lines on the axle using fittings from the original components and then terminating at the original 3-way connector.

The MG (European) flare is called a Bubble Flare, whereas the US flare is a Double Flare.  They are similar, but I just purchased a Bubble Flare kit and did my lines for the transition.  Used the US fittings on the Original lines for the MG.  Either way is good.  Bubble flares are simple as are the Double ones.  Lines are 3/16" or equivalent MM also.  Car body transition to the dif. housing was probably most challenging task.
