The photo gallery here is good, but still like to see some of your rides exploring the byways...!  Mine are enjoying our NorCal scenery frequently!

Been out for a few rides this fall.  Had beautiful weather this past week.  Mornings have been in the low forties but warming up to the low to mid-sixties in the afternoon.

No ride today, the MG is in the garage until a warmer day..............I'm not ready to put the top up just yet.
Here's a look at fall from our back deck.

No pics, but have been drinving mine daily the last two weeks.  High 40's to 60's in the mornings; 80's in the afternoons.  No scenery like that though - leaves don't change around here.

I was out for a drive in the country and stuck my phone between the windshield and the stay bar....caught a lot of sky instead of scenery. Hope the sound makes up for some of the missing scenery.

Yep, the sound alone made up for the unique camera angle!

When Jim says "around the block" this is what he means.

Charles

OK, you guys are killing me.

Waiting on new set of injectors, dropped #6 the other day. Should be all better tomorrow.

I plan on being back on the hunt soon, doing the Moss Challenge, need a draw bridge "opened".

The temps. here 40s to 70s, no rain.

Ed, what goes?

Not a touring picture, just beginning to work the bugs out of my project. It took too long, but there was a lot of standing there with a dumb look on my face!
I do plan a project journal, which should be this winter, when I can sit here longer and not have the itch to go outside. Just a few details: Ford 5.0 from Explorer, AFR heads, revised intake, 24# injectors, Comp XE264HR cam, headers (of course), T5, R200, Modified chassis, blah, blah. It would have been silver, but spoke to Paul Schild (sp?) at Omaha in 2013. His silver MGB was so nice, and he spoke about "tiger striping", so I thought better of my choice. This is Honda San Marino Red, but you can't see the Mercedes Palladium Silver stripes - that's later.

Dennis your car looks real good!!
Looking forward to seeing some more pictures.
October here on Vancouver Island British Columbia was literally a washout.
You can count on one had the number of days that it did not rain.
Never the less I did get out a few times.
On the last day of October I went out for a spin and when i got home I discovered my registration for the car had expired on the 28th.  I will try and not let that happen again!!

My winter project is to install a Nissan limited slip diff (4.08:1 ratio)

Cheers

PS: The winds from tropical depression blew part of my fence down, that is next summers project.

Dennis, it's great to see your pictures.  I know it's been a long time coming but you will have a grin on your face every time you drive it.  Hope to see you in West Virginia next year.

Charles, I've had a few issues and a quest for a few more hp.  Had some kind head gasket issue.  Always had pressure in the radiator, and a loss of fluid.  Was also consuming some oil and the engine showed it when the heads came off.  So I'm in the process of getting some AFR heads, and getting the engine honed and put back together.  Max recurved my distributor (which was much needed) so that timing comes in quicker as opposed to never.

Hopefully, this thing will run again soon and it will be an improvement over ver. 1.0...   we'll see.  Thanks for asking Charles.  Hope you and Perky are doing well.
