Drum to disc conversion

One of our local big Healey owners (100-6) has a car with disc wheels (Minilites) and drum brakes. He wants to convert the front to disc brakes and keep his disc wheels. Anyone know what is involved and where he can get parts or a kit? It appears from the Moss catalog that the hub is the same for both  disc and drum brakes, but I'm not sure if that's the case. Thanks

I am in the same situation, sbc 100-6 with drum brakes and solid wheels. Better brakes would be nice and bleading twin leading shoe drums sucks.

did you try looking in the napa brake illtrated parts guide it list brake rotors by size bolt circle off set and mount type to find a rotor that close and go from there i have the 2009 guide email me with some sizes and ill look

Update. We found out that the hubs are different, fortunately I was able to put my friend in touch with another Healey owner that had done the same conversion and had hubs machined from scratch. He had a spare set which he later sold to my friend. So we have the hubs, the discs are easy to source, it was the hubs that were so rare.
