TR7V8 homologation

Hi

I have the 654 homologation for my TR7V8, but extension 06 is missing.
Does anybody have an old homologation with  extension 06
My homologation contains extension 01...05 and 07...14
Was the TR7V8 homologated with vented rear disc just as the Ford Escort was ??
Was the TR7V8 homologated with adjustable bottom track control arm, just as the Ford Escort was ??

Looks like the google link is missing some pages since the FIA papers were updated. The straight TR7 2.0 is 35 pages and the TR8 is pages.
