Ford 7.5" limited slip carrier for $75.  A pristine set of used 8.8" 3.73 gears for $40.  Located in Massachusetts.  Also have a pair of Explorer long side axles(approximately 30.5"), free for the taking.  Bought two rear ends, narrowed one side and used two of the shorter axles(27.625")  Ended up with a nice rear end for the TR8.  Still have one housing and the 8.8" posi carrier to build another one some day, but I'll need 2 more axles and set of 3.08 or 3.27 gears.
