GM TPS Conversion

The TPS that came on my 3.9L intake was no good, so they require a remortgage of my house to buy one at $700, which is the most ludicrous thing I think I've ever seen in this automotive world!!  I mean who in their right mind would bloddy well pay that? So seeing as I can buy a GM sensor off the shelf for $30, I figured I'd come up with this simple conversion! Easy peasy!

Bolted to intake, required slight elongation of mount holes.

Start of machining of a drive tang, this is the end that goes in the TPS.

Turned other end down ready to machine flats.
