Add A/C to a 215

I would like to add A/C to my 1962 Buick Skylark, with a 215.  The problem I am having is I don't have an extra pulley to operate the compressor.  One option (last resort) is go back to manual steering to free up a pulley.  Does anyone have any ideas on what other options there are?

The companys that sold aftermarket A/C kits usually furnished an add-on crank pulley that went in front of the other pulleys. D&D might have that or something else that is usable. Good luck.
