Steering Column for 3000

I currently have some early Ford steering column that has turn signals, horn and flasher unit. I cant seem to indetify it. The original owner said it was a Mustang II column, but it cant be since it doesnt have a key in the column (Maybe its an early pinto).

I have a mustang II front end with rack and pinion.My problem is that ii is missing the turn signal lever and I cant find one.My next option is to replace the steering column. Anybody have any suggestions as to what to start with. I was thinking maybe an Ididit.
