How much HP. ?

Yes I know, other section, but I need "Triumph folks" experience. TR7/8 with 2.76 or 3.08 r&p. How much non-shockload,(no drag racing) hp will they hold, with a cooler ? What did the "Janspeed TT car" use for a diff ? "Only used for short trips, mile to mile and a half, at a time".  Thanks, roverman.
