I have to take responsibility for this article being about a year overdue. Calvin sent me a filled out How-It-Was-Done form and also a CD-ROM of many hundreds of digital photos ages ago. I got overwhelmed because the scope of Calvin's project was so very broad. Also, I wanted to make sure Calvin's final results were shown just as well as his process getting there. We've all been following the process in Calvin's diary thread, right? Well, now with photos from BritishV8 2012, Calvin's How-It-Was-Done article has finally been added to our Gallery section! Check it out here:

Belated congratulations, Calvin!

Cars of this quality raise the image of our hobby. Gentlemen, please do me a favor and invite all your friends to check out this article. I can't post on all the message boards this car should be seen on... but you can help spread the word. Thanks.

Thanks Curtis for the excellent writeup on this car, quite a while ago in a pm Calvin told me that he had sent you all the goods for a writeup and since then I have been waiting patiently!!
Calvin your car is an inspiration to me as to what can be done with these cars.  My vison for my project is not as grand as yours but you have set the standard and I will see how close I can get to it.

Cheers

Congrats my friend! You're now published! Now we just need to get your boy's Spitfire and VW included somewhere on the site.
