Hey everyone I'm looking for some opinions on what size tires to run.

I've ridden in a few cars that have direzza z1 star specs and now have the chance to acquire them for a low price from a friend(brand new).

They're amazing tires, especially for the price. The only problem is the sizing they come in.

I'm, running a 15x7 +22 wheel and the tires I would be running are 205-50-15, and ideally I would like a 55, or 60 series tire. My father has 195-60-15's  on his MG and it just seems more appropriate aesthetically.

Is anyone running  205-50-15 on their MG? Would love to see it! I'm lowered 2.5" so im pretty sure ill still have a slight amount of wheel gap but hopefully nothing too awful :)

Several people running 205/50/15's; check Graham Creswick's car in the gallery.  He has the same +22mm offset & 225/50/15 so your tires would have about 1/2" more space between the fender & tire -- should work great & look about the same.

+1  (The gallery is your best bet. Thousands of photos!)

I put 205/50R15 Falken RT-615 tires on 15x6 Panasports. The tire size works fine (although I built my rear axle too wide). I like the Falken tires just fine, but I'd probably like them a lot less if I drove more on wet roads.
