HI IM DOING A V8 CONVERSION ON A MGB GT IS IT POSSIBLE TO FIT AN AUTO BOX IF SO WHATS A FAIR PRICED USED UNIT THAT FITS WITH NOT TO MANY MODIFICATIONS TO AN SD1 ROVER V8 MANY THANKX FOR ANY ADVICE

I'd consider using the Rover application of the ZF 4HP22 four speed auto transmission, but modified with the tailhousing, output shaft, and rear yoke from a Volvo 760.
