I am debateing on my wheel style. Could you guys post a pic or put a link of your favorite wheels on a MGB? Spacing and offset would be great if you have them.

Thank you

Dave

American Racing 427P... 15x7, 3.5" backspace, 205/55/15 front; 15x8, 4.5" backspace, 225/50/15 rear.  Front suspension is 2" wider than stock; rear is about 4" wider & I'm running thin spacers in the back -- but I also widened the omni flares per below.  Project is in process so i don't have any good pics but these should give you an idea...

Bruce - Um....I recognize the rollbar in the picture gallery from 2006, but the rest of the car has changed just a bit...
PLEASE update - your car looks awesome!

Rob - I think those A.R. wheels are going to catch on. They have a vintage look that looks great on the mg - the Schill's new silver roadster looks great wrapped in those!

There are a few sources Tony -- they're all similar but there are differences.  Mine (& the ones from Wheel Vintiques & some others) are deeper dish & available in various backspaces & finishes.  Paul used later model Mustang wheels.  Very similar, but not as deep a dish to them -- more positive offset.  They're all variations of the Mustang Eleanor wheels from the original Fast & the Furious movie.

I've had these since 1990. American Racing hasn't made them for a long time.

Carl, I have a set like those but made by Enkei.  Just reminded me I need to get the tires removed so I can sell off the rims.  I have a set of Datsun's and an aftermarket set by Rage made for a Honda Accord.

Say, Bill Jacobson -- What size wheels and tires are you running?

Has anyone thought about the classic Torque Thrust wheel from American Racing or Vintage Wheel Works?

http://www.vintagewheelworks.com/products/wheels.  I like the V40 with the sharp edges over the D shape.

Johnny
Wheels are 14 x 7 off set is 0.  Tires are Michelin Pilots P215/60 14, the set-up does require fender flairs.

I'm running 16x7J Superlites.  Tires are 205/16 z50 Goodyears.  Axle is Dana 44 with 51.5"  mounting flange to mounting flange width.  Wheels are machined to +30mm offset.  This leaves about 3/8" inside (bump stop was shaved) and about 5/16" outside (wheel arch flange has not been rolled)  I could probably fit 215's in now that I have added a Panhard rod.

Say, Vic. How about some pics of the front of your car?
