Following are photos of my MGA trailer project.  Purchased a 1961 MGA on ebay that had been sitting in a field since 1967.  We tried using a winch to load the MGA on a trailer and it literally broke in half.  Luckily the seller had a fork lift and we loaded it that way.

The passenger compartment was removed and the engine compartment shortened.  The two were fitted together.  The tongue will be removeable and the axle will be Dexter with MGA steel wheels.  The trunk will be opened by pushing a button located in the fuel filler neck and the hood opened from a pull in the trunk.  I'm fitting the "tow car" with AirOverLeafs.

Currently the floor and sides have been fabricated and welded into place.

The trailer will be painted the same color as the custom.  It will appear as an original MGA from a front and rear view.

Here are some additional photos of my 1961 MGA trailer project, going slowly.

The first photo was taken some months ago.  The remainders are more recent photos of the undercarriage.  The tongue will be removeable.
