Rover 3.9l Fuel Injection

Figured I would give the people here a shot at it before it goes on Ebay-

I have a Rover 3.9l Fuel Injection, came off of a 1990 Discovery. I don't know much about it, it came with the engine when I bought it and I am going the carb route for my project.

I am looking for $100 plus shipping. Alternatively, I would be willing to trade for a proper carb in rebuildable condition.
