Fuel filler hose

You might want to consider replacing your fuel filler hose. If you do, consider upgrading to one that's ethanol resistant.

I'm sure I replaced my MGB's fuel filler hose in 2013 when I installed EFI. And I'm sure I purchased that hose from where I get almost all my "original MGB" parts.  13 years is a long time, but I don't think it's THAT long. I was surprised to find how deteriorated the hose had gotten. I reckon ethanol ate its old-fashioned rubber. I could puncture it with a finger! A hose like that could become deeply problematic in an accident!

Minimum purchase was 12 inches, which is enough for three MGBs. It installed easily. Although it's noticeably thicker and stiffer (due to fabric reinforcement) than the original hose, original clamps worked fine.
