1974 TR6 conversion stalled

I have a 1974 TR6 for sale that is partially modified.
The body is mounted on a Fast Cars chassis with the following components:
 American Powertrain Ford 302. The engine has not been run since it was dyno'd at American Power Train
5 speed Tremec transmission.
8 bolt rear end
Largely rust free except for the driver side floor. (I have a replacement floor)
it's located 20 miles north of Baton Rouge, LA   
Asking price is $1.00
