PCV Valve Setup

Does anybody have any recommendations on a better PCV valve setup for a Ford 347? Every time I run the engine, oil bleeds out from the where the breather meets the valve cover and I'm not sure if it's from a bad seal (I've tried replacing the seal) or a bad setup. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I use one from a 60's 350 chevy.

Firstly Jack you need to have some sort of baffle inside the valve cover to separate out the oil before it gets to the pcv.
The breather that you are using should draw air from the air cleaner, it wasn't designed to feed the pcv.  
The pcv should be on the opposite valve cover from the breather and go into the valve cover directly.

I just learned something; have apparently had mine wrong all along.  I have a PCV going to manifold vacuum but my breather is the type that I learned from above should be going to my air cleaner.  Currently it just has a hose that vents to the ground.  At least it doesn't drip because it's right over my steering shaft and there's never any oil on that.  But sounds like I need to reroute it to the air cleaner base!

No prob Rob.
With a working pcv valve in the system that vent hose is actually sucking dirty air into your engine.
That's why it needs to go to the air cleaner.
