Will Rover/Buick lifters in fit/work in an Olds block?

mgb260

Should be the same.  Always use new lifters with a new cam and same places they were on a used cam.

That is what I use for pushrod oiling.

If I'm running stock oiling will the 350 lifters be compatible? I'm going to be running a crower 50233 cam

Would stock lifters work with a  spicy cam or would I need to go with something that won't pump up? I'm not going over 6k rpm. I've always used anti pump lifters but they are hard to get at the moment. Something like these? https://www.summitracing.com/parts/slp-ht896/make/oldsmobile

I have used Crane 99284-16 and Comp 869-16 hydraulic lifters in my Rover engines.

Anti pump up lifters are just leaky lifters. Prone to tap. If you want a 6k or higher redline it's best to fit heavier valve springs.
