Hi everyone,  I am looking to get a nice set of deep dish style mini lite wheels in the ford 5 bolt pattern.  I am putting the preform resources flares on my car and have stock width 8.8 ford rear end and stock width fast cars front suspension.  I am looking to really fill out the wheel wells as much as possible as well as trying to find a company that makes a nice set of wheels.  If anyone could give me recommendations on the widest wheel/tire combo they believe I can run and also where to purchase them it would be greatly appreciated. I preferably want a 15" diameter wheel.

I have a set of VTO Retro 15 x 7 with 0 offset (from Hap). I daresay he can get the Silverstones with a 0 offset. There are no old school deep dish rims available off the shelf so if that's what you want you either get them made or find something used.

Here  are two options for similar wheels, the offset on the first ones are 8 mm so will push the wheel out 5/8 inch over a normal MGB offset, the second ones do not give the offset other than "various offsets available" Bear in mind that altering the offset will affect steering effort and stress on wheel bearings. Also bear in mind that you would pay about 16% less than the advertised prices due to there being no VAT to pay on exports so about £315 ($425) shipping to the USA with DHL $170 for a 4 day delivery. I have no affiliations to either company.

VTO may be your best option for "custom" wheels.  Give Hap or VTO a call with your requirements.  They may have a stock wheel that can be drilled for the Ford PCD.

Im looking for something similar to either of these cars.  I know they are different but I want to decide between something like these. If anyone knows where the ones on the red car are from that would be great. I like more of a concave look of the spokes as well as more set back look.

The Konig Rewind comes in 0 offset; might have the look you want.

Check out Mike Maloney's MGB in the photo gallery.

Sorry, looks like it doesn't come in a 5 bolt pattern.

Daniel maybe have a read of my "wider rims" topic over on the main forum of MGE. It seems the way manufacturers  achieve varying offsets is to machine the hub face accordingly IE the B has around a +22 offset but for mine with 0 offset that is achieved by making the hub thicker and not moving the hub further into the rim. Deep dish would have a -ve offset but if they achieve that by making the hub thicker you won't get deep dish just the offset so that leaves you back to my post above.

Early Rostyles have a +28.14 (155R14) offset.  The late ones have +23.84 (165R14).

One of my favorite calculators.

I like the wheels on the blue GT, above. In fact, I like them a whole lot. Those are Compomotive "ML" wheels. 15x7 or 15x9 5-lug should be available. 15x8 5-lug isn't currently listed on the Compomotive website.

I feel like I should recognize the wheels on the red GT, but it's not obvious to me. I'd guess they're vintage (possibly 40+ year old) racing wheels... Would you really consider a 3-piece wheel for street use?

"Would you really consider a 3-piece wheel for street use?"   I sure would.

Have you forgotten about the BBS RS, Curtis?

That is a good looking wheel for sure

Not sure if they still do custom setups, but I'm running Vintage Wheel Works V48s.  They should be able to make just about any size/offset you want.

Opened a "can o worms" there Curtis. I'm running 3 piece forged 24's on the Rangey. Been dead solid.
Took them apart to polish and paint.
I still see nylocks in my sleep!!!

I like the compomotives ones they 99% of what I am looking for.  Does anyone know if you can purchase these in the US?  Also anyone know where the wheels on the red car mentioned above would be from?

Burrogs

Not sure what your budget is but here goes...

These look closed to the ones on the red car, about $2500 for a set.

Some Panasport C8s would work too.
