Spigot bush for my Costello V8

Hi, i drive a 1972 Costello V8. The car has got the original MGB Gt 1800 transmission and the engine comes from a Rover P6s.
Now i need a new spigot bush because the old bush is damaged. The original GT V8 and 1800 GT spigot bush does not fit.
Which alternativ i have?
