British V8 2021 is scheduled for June 1st - 4th 2021.  Reserve the dates in your calendar now.

 - Arrive Tuesday June 1st, depart Saturday June 5th

 - Banquet will be held Friday night at the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum
 - More activities in the planning stages.  
 - Registration will open up in early  2021.

How can we get a reservation for the Host Hotel.....I tried and was told the complete Hotel is already booked....? have you blocked the complete hotel and booking yourselves.....?

Hold off on placing any reservations at this point.  The hotel is reserved for us, I have a contract and they will start taking reservations when we send the registration out around January 1st, 2021.  ..

Online registration for BritishV8 2021 in Auburn, IN (June 1-4, 2021) is now open effective today (Sunday, January 10th) !!!

Go to https://britishv8meet.org/ to register for the event. Please note that things are being handled a little different this year. Each attendee must register for the event and pay the $89 registration fee. (More than one person can register on the "form".)

This $89 fee includes a pizza party on Tuesday evening, a picnic luncheon, tours of the NATMUS Museum, admission to the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg museum, the closing banquet which will be held at the ACD museum, an event t-shirt, and more!

You can also download a PDF version of the registration form and mail in your registration if you are hesitant to use PayPal.
Sorry, but no "ala carte" meals nor activities will be offered.

Go to https://britishv8.itemorder.com/sale to order additional regalia such as BritishV8 polos, sweatshirts, hats, etc. They can be mailed to you in advance (for an additional shipping fee) if you cannot make it to Auburn but still want to support the event (or just want your swag early!) or brought to the event for pickup. These sales help offset costs associated with running the event and also carry over to the next year as "seed money" when possible.

Each attendee will receive one event t-shirt with his/her registration.

The host hotel is the Comfort Suites located at 1137 W 15th in Auburn, IN 46706.

Room Rate is $109 $98 per night. You must call and ask for the British V8 Car Group Rate.

No online reservations.

You must reserve your hotel room by April 30th 2021 to receive this rate.

We recommend that you arrive on Tuesday, June 1st and depart on Saturday, June 5th.

For those of you concerned about border crossings or cancellations/restrictions due to Covid-19:

We have a good cancellation policy for the event itself should the borders remain closed or more restrictions on public gatherings are put in place by the State or Federal government, etc.

If we have to cancel the event due to restrictive State or Federal mandates, we will refund your registration fee (less the cost of any regalia and postage costs incurred in mailing this regalia to you).

As long as you follow the cancellation policy of the hotel you should not suffer a loss there, either.

We called the Comfort Inn and renegotiated the room rate..

Our new room rate is $98 plus tax per night.

It was previously previously $109/night plus tax.  

Also, anyone with an existing reservation will have their room rate adjusted to $98/night plus tax.   😊
