Anyone in this forum, done this ?  I'm considering a Suzuki Bandit 1250cc. Yes, I will figure-out a reverse. Thanks, Art.

Leave a hole in the floor and Flintstone it. That's basically how you back up a motorcycle.

Well, Joe, if you have something to sell, maybe so.  Google is great at generating revenue from advertisers.  They could do much, much better for those of us just looking to research something on the web.  I am sick of results that are two pages of ads & others that have little to nothing to do with what I searched for.  Plus, links at the top of search results that are dead links.  Or, Amazon right at the top, but then Amazon page that says "Sorry, we can't find that item or page".

IMO, Google does not deserve but a fraction of what it has amassed.

Jim Blackwood & I saw this car live & in person at the annual British car show in Dayton, Ohio a few years ago.

Of course, the Legends & Dwarf race cars are powered by motorcycle engines.

Did you even click on one of the three links I provided, or did you just want to complain about Google? The real problem is that most people have no clue as to how to write a targeted search string. Is the advertising invasive? Sure, that's why it's FREE to use. My ad blocker takes care of most of it.

No, I just wanted to complain about Google, Joe  :)  They are not my friend.  I liked Metacrawler just fine.

That is not the real problem.  Users should not have to know all that . And, where would they learn it?  It's not on Google search page. They don't want you to do that & circumvent all their highly lucrative ads.  They even removed the advanced search link.

I can't find Metacrawler in a search for search engines on firefox. What do you use now Carl?

It's a lot easier to become a search demon than it is to learn the engineering that so many posters on here have taken years over
https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/google-advanced-search-tips

Some of the same refinements enable targeted searches on Ebay.

I take it for granted that I have to learn how to do stuff. Google is a tool, one has to learn how to use a tool, same thing, really.
Selfishly, I use an adblocker, lucky not everyone uses them otherwise there wouldn't be a net.

I did follow those links, amazing variety. What amuses me is when people put a bike engine in a car, and don't provide a reverse gear. And then they try to sell the car without mentioning this minor detail.. Wilmaaaa!!

Hi, remember me ?  I'm the guy who asked for helpful information . Maybe NOT cut hole in floor or petty squabbling ?
                                                            IOW. thanks for nothing !

What happened to you sense of humor, Art?

Seems nobody that frequents this site has actually done a swap involving a bike engine.  I only know of the one that I posted the link for.
