Stepper motor wiring

I have an RV8 in my TR7 and I am installing Megasquirt 2.  One of the jobs is to connect the stepper motor but I need to know the function of each wire. So far I have this information:

14CUX
Green/white. Pin 1
Red/ green. Pin 26
Orange Pin 28
Blue grey Pin 29

Does anyone know the functions covered by these pins or where I can find out?
