That is the rover interim cover with gerotor oil pump.  Terrry at autosport in Ballard did the machine work and assembly.  Crower cam, 10lb. flywheel. port matched heads, balanced, 4.6 liter, 215 Buick intake, distributor modified by Jeff, ford t5 2.95 with d&d bell and adapter.  Hope to get it to abfm in Kirkland next year
