SOLD: Buick 215 4bbl intake with Edelbrock 1404... plus!

I'm trying to clear some garage space. Having converted to EFI, I don't expect to ever need this anymore:

Original Buick 215 intake manifold with Edelbrock 1404 carburetor...


...and a nice variety of Edelbrock needles, jets, and springs.

(The empty packs show which parts are currently installed. Some jets are in the magnifying storage box.)

The manifold is serviceable but imperfect. Here you can see where a crack was repaired with a TIG weld 20+ years ago.


The original Buick thermostat housing isn't included because I used it for my EFI installation... but brand new replacements can be bought for about $18. (I believe they're readily available and that the same part was used on other Buick engines.)

Why do you want this manifold? It sits lower than aftermarket manifolds That's very helpful if you're trying to fit a Buick or Rover V8 under a stock MGB bonnet.

A handsome, hand-made, powder-coated "cobra head" for fitting a remote air filter is included.  With the cobra head, I'd like to get $300 for the whole set-up. Or you can make me an offer via the Private Message system.

I'll ship these parts anywhere in the lower 48 for free. Need them somewhere else? PM me. Or, they can be picked up here in Longmont Colorado.

I've never used the choke linkage, but I took a moment today to reinstall it on the carb so you can see that it's complete:

Carb was rebuilt just a few months before I stopped using it. (I installed EFI.) I didn't use all the parts in the rebuild kit, so I'll include the balance of the parts and the box they came in:

Incidentally, I'd also consider selling my old custom-fabricated air cleaner housing...
