Can't see that being legal with no crash protection.

I like it as a track day car.

Four wheels are better than two or three for cornering.  However, if it were re-engineered as a three-wheeler it might be legal AND Honda could offer it through their sizable dealer network.

50 or so years later, but reminiscent of Smokey Yunicks' "Side Pod" indy car. Not too good for side impacts, but kudos for way weird. T Rex and several other mfgr's, are doing ok, pushing,(pun) three wheelers.  Onward, roverman.
