It is new and complete to bolt on and go with many, many extras. I have about $6000 into everything. This is not an exageration.  It is on ebay as well if you would like to view it. I need $2800 plus shipping for it. Again this is NEW NOT  USED. These set ups make incredible torque on the street where you can use it.
