Aussie built for Camaros/etc. One story is 7 5/8" ring gear, with c-clip axles. Another story is 7 3/4" ring gear and no c-clips. Anybody have another story ? Thanks, roverman.

The Australian 9 Bolt as we called it is a very good rear for moderate HP.  A friend of mine had one under his Paxton supercharged 305 third gen convertible Camaro. It withstood considerable abuse from him.

Great rear. Wonder what it weighs.

It weighs too much, but not enough to change-out. Problem I'm having is finding r&p's. I would like 4.10 to 4.56's. So far, only 3.70 is available, which equals about 270 mph., in 6th. ? That might be useful with 1,200 hp., but not for 450. Oz hasn't responded yet. This Track Day Z28, will be slower than the TR8, but still good for learning.  Cheers, roverman.

I might be mistaken, but $300 used, for a R&P, seems a little high ?  Any leads, on where to buy a Toyota "Pintura" R&P ? Cheers, roverman.
