I have (2) alum V8 Olds/Rover engines for sale.  Both were built for SCCA Solo 2 (autocross) competition in an E/Modified Sprite.

-The first is 4.4L based on Olds block, 300 Buick steel crank, small Accusump, Holley vac sec, Edelbrock Performer 3.5l dual plane.  This engine won the E/M National Championship twice and trophied at Nationals as recently as 2008.  $2000, available now, can deliver to Lincoln for Solo 2 Nationals this year.

-Second engine is pro-built drysumped 5.0L based on Rover, has 3-stage dry sump (pan made from Rover pan), jet-coated crossover 180 degree headers 1-5/8 step to 1-3/4, 3" collectors, Holley DP, Edelbrock Performer 3.5l dual plane, Diamond pistons, forged billet crank that was intended for 300ci, Isky cam, T&D shaft type rockers, extrude hone ports, engine good for 7000+RPM.   Available after Solo 2 Nationals $4500.

With either engine can include up to 2 free Olds bare blocks, good condition

Chuck, Let's clarify, shall we ? Motor #1, "300 Buick steel crank", oem ? If so, it's "cast iron alloy". Might say say "Arma Steel", still cast.  Motor #2 "forged billet crank", pick (1) only. It can't be both. If it's either, who made it ?  roverman.

Fair questions, Roverman, I will be with the builder next week and will try to improve my terminology :)

Can you post a picture of Engine #2.  Hard to wrap my head around those headers.  Who built this engine?  I'm very interested in it depending on who built it, specs, etc.  What exactly is included with the sale?
