Had to leave early to make it to Austin in time for my boss' staff meeting.  2 1/2 hours to Dallas to get my dad home then 3 1/2 hrs to Austin.  Car ran good.  Work tomorrow & then head home tomorrow night.  Wish I could have stayed for the hot rod shop excursion & banquet earlier this evening.  I'm sure you guys had a great time.  Was great seeing everyone & meeting some new friends too.

Thought I'd share a few pics since i'm just sitting in the hotel room this evening...

(Ok, that was before I calibrated my speedo.  Was staying w/traffic - now that I've calibrated it, turns out 2500 rpm is about 85 mph ;) )

Very, very cool photos - thanks for the update - it was great seeing you and meeting your dad, and also especially seeing the tremendous work you've done on your B!

Rob,

Sorry I didn't tell you  bye. I didn't know you had to leave early.  Thanks for bringing your dad to the Meet!  Looks like he enjoyed it.

He did - he's already talking about going to Omaha with me next year & may do the Stillwater/Arlington leg of the Power Tour with me.

I had to leave a little later than you, but it was cool to meet you.

And nice car. It's really top-notch!
