180 headers and a dual plane ?

Todd and clan, this race engine listed, for sale, in our forum. Perhaps I snoozed during "this" lecture in engine design class ? I thought primary use of 180 deg. headers were for single plane use ? Does cam also have a 4/7 swap ? Ad seems to be lacking pertinate details, for a championship winning engine.  Good Luck, roverman.
