MGC GT Sebring V8 in July issue of Safety Fast

Has anyone (in the UK?) seen, in person, the MGC V8 in the July issue of Safety Fast (at page 8, the Moss Europe advert)?

Looks very interesting.  The pic says "Will Goff's MGC Sebring V8 built by Youles Racing."

Anyone out there seen this car up close?  Would love to see some pics and hear about the specifications.
