I had this on my MGB V6. It is made through this company:

The box fit with the throttle body but the carb is too tall. The bottom piece has to be reversed (upside down) to fit. The rear is nothced to clear the distributor.

Is that a K&N or standard paper filter I see in those pics??

I will have to go look tomorrow. It is sitting next door in the shop. It is a standard paper filter which comes with it...but is due for a change.

It is made from fiberglass and frankly has a little bit of a sloppy fit but worked fine.
