Comments: I purchased this conversion complete in June 2008. It was in rough shape, but I've made many mechanical and cosmetic improvements (completed in September 2008.) These include: removing the engine/transmission and replacing a stripped ring gear. Replacing the starter. Painting the exterior. Rewiring the car. Completely re-doing the interior carpets and upholstery. Installing new gauges. Replacing the hood and latches. (It previously had an MGC-replica hood with a forward-facing hood scoop.) Replacing the grille and badges. Installing a new radio and speakers. Chrome plating the roll hoop. Installing chrome covers over the mufflers. Etc.
