Engine: Rover 4.2L V8 with ported and polished heads by Woody Cooper at The Wedge Shop. Vitesse valves. 9.5:1 compression ratio. Edelbrock Performer manifold (milled at a slight angle for extra hood clearance), Carter 9410 carb. Biggish cam a la Woody Cooper. MSD 6AL ignition box with a Mallory Unilite distributor. ~17mpg.
Cooling: radiator customized with 2" extra-long 4-row core.
Exhaust: Jet-Hot coated block-hugger headers into single 2.25" stainless steel exhaust.
Transmission: Triumph TR8 5-speed.
Rear Axle: MGC rear axle (wire wheel type with 3.07:1 gears) with Quaife limited slip differential.
Suspension: stock MGB in front. Rear suspension has the BA composite leaf springs and I'm about to put a set of traction bars on there. SPAX telescoping shocks in rear. Hopkinson sway bar kit.
Brakes: stock MGB.
Wheels/Tires: Panasport 15 inch wheels with 195/60R15 tires.
Body: stock MG Teal Blue.
Interior: 140 mph MGC speedo.
