This is long overdue, but I'm finally able to try to post some of my photos from the meet.  I'm not experienced with posting photos to this forum, but I'll give it a go.  The timeline of these should follow chronologically with the meet...

Day 1 - Driving to Carrilion Historical Park.  I am accompanied by my co-pilot/girlfriend, Vanessa. We enjoyed the sunshine and lack of heat (we're not in Texas anymore!)

Here we have everyone arriving at the park before checking in.

For those who were unable to make it on the trip, Dayton OH is home to about a million different inventions.  The Museum at the park showcased the many inventions to come out of this historically industrial city.  A few of the inventions the notable inventions include the cash register, the electric starter, the Frigidaire Company, and even indoor plumbing.

One of the attractions in the Old Carillion Brewery, where several beers and ales are made in the same by-hand fashion as would have been done in the late 1800's...this meant without carbonation! The taste was very...vinegary...

In the next post, you can see the furnace and other equipment used for the brewing.  It was quite neat to watch.

A.Ficalora

Yikes!  This process takes a while.

As many of you know, the Loofts were extremely accommodating and allowed us to meet for lunch at their beautiful property.  Props again to Carol and her daughter-in-law for all the cooking!

NOTE: the pictures are sharper and more vibrant if you click on them.

Out of respect to the Loofts I won't post pictures of Terry's amazing man cave.  All I'll say is to make sure you turn off the lights when leaving!

At the start of Day 2, we went to D&D Classic, a specialty restoration shop that blends artisan skill and the newest 3D technologies to create Concours-level builds.   Pictured here is a 1954 (?) OSCA
